Blog 2. About my career

 I am currently an art student, but in my first memories I have the feeling of wanting to be a housewife and take care of children and animals. Then my mom told me to look for something that would make me independent from home. So being a veterinarian and a doctor at the same time was the closest thing I could get.

As time went by I wanted to do many things, psychiatry, literature, teaching, among others. Until I got to the arts, clearly not very related at first glance, but I actually applied many of those early interests in the career, so I really like my decision to study arts.

Seeing so many possibilities in studying arts, made me decide to continue in the career, so I applied to arts in two universities. I had full confidence in staying in the arts.

Now the arts have made me happy, I have discovered new areas that inspire me, such as textiles. So my line goes directly hand in hand with this branch and its wide artistic possibilities...

I would say that today I thought more about where to lean towards after finishing my degree, and I still keep the idea of mixing all those things that I liked at some point and for me, art therapy brings together a lot of my interests.
